One Call Communications Bogus Bill, Phone has been disconnected for NINE months! Ripoff Carmel Indiana

I have received a bill for two call for internet access, 34 minutes for $65.15. The telephone this is billed to was disconnected in September, 2004 at my father's home. AND, he NEVER HAD A COMPUTER, much less access to the internet. Upon calling the outfit 3 times during business hours I listened to a message providing the dates and durations of these 2 alleged uses as well as additional earlier connections to the internet. I was never billed for the alleged first 4 calls although they don't show up on this bill. This is a FRAUD. I have no intention to pay this bill. I have filed a report with the FTC presenting all the facts above. I will attempt to contact the Better Business Bureau in Carmel, Indiana to file a complaint. A Google search of this outfit indicates that they have previously been in trouble with the FCC. I encourage any possible action to put these BUMS out of business ASAP.
