I received a bill from ONE CALL on behalf of NAVICOMM on 9/02/05 for internet charges on 8/11/05 for 19.17 for 9 minutes of internet charges. Are they out of their mind to think I am going to pay them I have internet service this is a scam, ripoff fradulent and illegal
