Complaint Review: One Guard Home Warrenty
One Guard Home Warrenty Extrememly poor customer servie. Waiting over two months for parts to be replaced in oven. Pheonix, Arizona
He stated and showed me that the part had not actually been replaced, and in fact, it also needed a new control panel as well as the supposedly replaced sensor. He recommended to ONe Guard that they replace the entire range/oven as the parts were more expensive that the oven was worth. I again waited over a week to hear back from ONe Guard and had to call them to find our the status of the repair.
I was told they were ordering the parts and they would be in on the 18th of January. I called on the 19th of January and was told that the parts were back ordered and would be in on the 24th. I called on the 24th and was told they were still back ordered. It is now Feb. 4th, 2013, and I have been without an oven for over two months. All I get are excuses from One Guard about how they have no contrlol over back orders. I feel after this amount of time I should be given anew oven as a replacement. I would never use or recommend One Guard to anyone again!
