One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating Repair with Tape..Cause more problems than fixing Tampa, Florida

One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating needs to be investigated because something is terribly wrong.  Called the company for a leak with my air conditioning unit back in October of last year.  (first trip of 3 mind you) The first guy  Adam was very professional, felt ok with him in my house and he was very thorough in explaining info to me.  roughly $1300 (by check) later my leak was fixed.  Fast forward to December 31st and the leaking began again.  Called for another service rep to come out thinking it was the same issue as before (customer service is awful) and finally got Juan Rivera to come out.  Was supposed to be called 1/2 hour prior to appointment but was not.  Juan showed up and saidd the reason for the leak was due to animals chewing on the wires for the outside unit however he assured me it was fixed by taping it up??? i asked him repeatedly is there anything else I need to do, do i need a new wire or anything and he says No Mrs Rogers you'll be fine everythings fixed. (Was not chargedthe $81 apparently due to curteousy according to manager Sean Dasher however because I am a comfort club member it appears per their conditions there was to be no charge) 

Fast forward again to Febuary 7th and it seems as though the air was never turning off completely because the outside unit was still running.  A noise was coming out of the air inside so called again, and no heads up they were on their way again which i pretty much knew they would do (had to leave work early) and again Juan shows up. Says its the same issue and that he is more than happy to come back out again however at some point he is going to suggest that I have my coils removed for a new wire to be placed?????? keep in mind i asked if this was needed before and was told no but apparently according to his superiors he made a miscalculation and now i have to pay for it to be fixed properly??? even though its under warranty ($1200 roughly). and the best part is my light bill went up about 500% because the outside unit never turned off (it did before he came on the 31stof Decemeber though)  They have agreed to pay for about 562.00 of the bill however will not come back and do the work that they failed to do originally unless of course i pay them? which i dont think is fair at all because its not my probelm their representtive doesnt know how to do his job.  Oh and did i mention im a comfort club member where i am supposed to get this superior treatment and 100% satisfaction guarantee?? i have had nothing but problems since I called this company.  Im just blowed!
