One Source Management charged our Sears/Citibank Card for 998.95 without authorization or disclosure of the charge & we received nothing for it. Chandler, Arizona

We contacted Sears/Citibank Mastercard re: our 29.9% interest rate & complained.  5 minutes later we received a call back from a man identifying himself as Sears Mastercard.  Said he would lower our interest rate to 6% for our life and wanted to confirm the account number. We did not question this due to the quick response time after complaining of our high interest rate. One week later we received a package of information from One Source Management, who works on debt consolidation.  We never sent it back as we did not need debt consolidation.  Our only credit card was the Sears/Citibank Mastercard.  When we received our next credit card statement there was a charge for $998.95 from OneSource Management in Chandler, AZ. We have contacted both OneSource Management who said they would reverse the charge but never did and our Sears Citibank Mastercard.  This fiasco has been going on for 2 years and it is incredible how many times Citibank has lied to us on the telephone, to find out later it was not true.  I am unsure if there is one bad company here or two, as it does seem that Sears/Citibank is in the picture from the beginning and they are liars.

Balance Due Immediately

Citibank takes fraud seriously and we have Citi Identity Theft Services available on all Citi branded products. However, the incident was not reported in a timely fashion and several variables can influence a decision to rescind a Citi decision.
Was your account paid on time? Have you ever defaulted on a Citi or non-Citi line of credit? Citibank did not lie to you. In fact, the client care associate probably reviewed the transaction and found grounds it was legitimate. Please call Citi card services immediately to rectify this arduous situation at (800) 274-6660. We are here to help! And as always, thank you for banking with Citibank. We appreciate your business.
