I recently applied to www.extrasformovies.com for an "extras" position for an upcoming sci-fi movie that will be filmed in Miami. Later that day I received a call from One Source Talent and they informed me that I had applied to them and that I needed to come in for an interview the following day. I did not recognize their name and mentioned that I had only applied for a movie role and they said that they had my information and I would be interviewed for that position.

I went the following day to interview with them. Myself and a group of people were let inside their office. While watching the Devil Wears Prada, I filled out an application form and then a lady came into the room and told us about the company and that we will need to make comp cards costing $495 and to be hosted on their website for another fee. Then, they called me inside a room and took 2 pictures of me as well as collected details on my measurements. Afterwards, I returned to the main lobby area and sat down and waited.  I was called in again and was told that I would need to come back the following day for another interview which, would involved me taking some more pictures and submitting 5-10 pictures which would be sent to their corporate office for them to make a decision. I was informed that if I was selected then, I would need (or have the honor of) to pay $495 for a comp card.

Here's the problem with this, at no time did they mentioned anything about the sci-fi extra role which I had applied for and when they asked me what areas I was interested in I told them I had applied for an extra position. Nothing further was said about the job that was advertised and the company is more interested in getting you to come in so, they can sell you a comp card for $495 as well as their other services. I called back the morning of my second interview and asked if I could bring in my own pictures and make my own comp card. The person then told me they didn't know and would have the Office Director give me a call about it. To this day, I have not heard back from them.  This business, which operates under different names, is a photo mill scam!

Microsoft shows with his new Xbox game console is no one good hand.

After heavy criticism from the gaming community, the Group is now launching a radical change.

With online coercion and restrictions on the use of used games the company had applied the player community violently against it. Now it's back: you have listened and understood the fans avoidance, wrote Xbox boss Don Mattrick in a company blog.

It is already dramatically when a global corporation like Microsoft upsets his plans as soon noted expert Stephan Freundorfer game. Microsoft is now playing a bit of the "huff". The concept of the Xbox One showed where the path in the industry going.

"Microsoft has tried but with a crowbar." To the marketing had not been able to convey the benefits of the plans convincing.

The Xbox one is yet to come for Christmas in stores worldwide, in about the same time as the PlayStation 4, the new console rival Sony. The new high-tech toys to usher in the next generation of gaming.

With various functions Microsoft, however, was scandalized in the gaming community. So it should be mandatory that the Xbox One goes online at least every 24 hours. Games on Blu-ray or DVD should be checked to see if they were purchased new or used. Microsoft also explored plans to record the number of viewers or players from the console in order to develop appropriate pricing models as in streamed movies.

Now the turn. Games on physical media will also be playable on the Xbox One, as in the Xbox 360 without online connection, said Mattrick.

Also used, donated or borrowed games run without regional limitation on the console. However, the games of a medium could not now be stored and shared in the cloud. Downloaded games, you will not be able to use with multiple players via the cloud, they are bound to the respective console.

In the network community of changes of direction initially met with great approval. It remains questionable whether the players are so quick to calm again. Sony had benefited with its Playstation 4 directly from the resentment of the Xbox users and raised in the meantime the business expectations for its console. At least in the U.S., the first batch of pre-orders for the PlayStation 4 to be sold out.

Some players were, however, disappointed. Some would have the Xbox one just because of the new features soon, which should have it, a user wrote in the short message service Twitter. "No one needs an Xbox 360 v.2.0".

The era of traditional game consoles is already over, says Freundorfer. Microsoft has paved the original concept early on the way there. In five years there will be hardly anyone who buys a game on a physical disk from the store. "Then the digital rights management and has established
