Do I feel stupid, Im looking for Quicken support, ended up on what I thought was Intuit Site, and was given a fone number for Quiken support. 677-2000-2151, well that was not Quicken support but One Global Solutions out of Inderpendence,KY.

I had some problem with the new download of the latest edition of Quicken, when I called hhe said that he was Quicken support, I asked at least thee times if this was Quiken support and told yes, I alowed him accsess to my computer, bad idea, at witch point he tels me I am being Hacked, and that for $399 I could get 3 yrs of support and he would solve the problen and also give me CC Cleaner, ($25. from CC Cleaner site), I said no not willing to pay that, he then said to waite maybe he could get me a bette rprice, when he got back on the phone and tells me ok he can give me 3yrs of support and CC Cleaner for $199, at this time Bells are going off in my head, but my Quiken is not acting right and very important to me, so I said ok,

I keep asking who he works for but get no anwser, other than he can fix my problem, he downloads CC Cleaner, runs it and tels me its all good, well we get to a point that it seams to be workingand end the session. I go back in to Quiken and still have the same problem, at this point I have the name and address of the company, so I google it, well Ripoffreport coms up, I also get on the Quicken site and find that they also have a warning regarding simular company as one global, Well do I feel Stupid, I should have paid attention to the bells goining off in my head that it did not feel right, Well as of today I have not paid them and will persue Leagle Action, as they are totaly Fruads, and missleading the public. Any time someone will not give you there company name when asked for, theres a problem
