One Stop Maintenance 1 Stop Maintenance Never paid us for services rendered New York, New York

Our company was Contacted Via fax and Telephone and emails to respond to emergency air conditioning service calls in September 2012 and also in December 2012.  I have original Purchase orders for store stamp and payment forms for services rendered.  Of course we were instructed to  billed them thinking we would receive payment.  After numerous billing of invoices and  phone calls for payment for the service calls we never got paid for the service calls.

It is now March 2013 and still have not been paid for the service calls.  Of course we will not be scammed again  by One Stop Maintenance, you live and learn and we had to learn the hard way.  They of course got paid, but do not pay the service companies that they subcontract the work out too that actually did the work and service for them.

I also saw that the State Attorney of New York is going after this company and I want to be a part of bringing them down.  They have ripped off two many companies and I don't know how they have gotten away with this for so long.  Why don't they just pay people for there work? naw that would be too nice to actully pay anyone that subcontracts work for them they would rather keep all the money for themselves.
