One way furniture will take your money and never ship the furniture internet company Internet

This company is the worst online retailer I have ever experienced. Placed my order for 3K worth of a bedroom set. No confirmation email received at the time should have been a hug red flag. When I called three weeks later to ask what is going on with my order. they told me that there was a problem where money was taken out by paypal but the computers never credited the account so no shipping was initiated. This is after talking to a few people, they finally said they will try to expedite my shipment. Two weeks later received email that my items have shipped and was thrilled jus to see for the next week that items were never picked up / not available at pick up. After calling several times, talking to different people who all refused to transfer to me a manager, the issue is still not resolved. They have had my money for two months, no furniture to show for it and no way to get a refund. they refused to give me a refund and here i am trying to figure out is its cheaper to just to hire a lawyer since these people appear to be a scam and not a legitimate business. Do not ever given them your m oney and tell anyone who would be even considering going here to stear clear. Will file a report with better business and see what other legal action I can take against this company.
