Before anyone does business with Onebanc, please rethink!! I have worked at a local bank for 6 years and I have never seen a financial institution act in the manner that this bank has acted. This has to be the POOREST customer service I have ever seen in my life. Unless you have money, and lots of it, and you just want to be treated like crap this is the bank for you.
When I called the bank and asked them help with finding an error in my check book I was told "That is not my problem"........Then after I complained to the Customer Service Department I received a call the next day from the branch manager and was informed that I needed to close my account, and if I didnt have it closed within the week they would close it for me and report me to CheckSystems.....and they did.......
I didnt make it to the bank before they closed and had to wait one more day, they had already closed my account with checks still outstanding, and sent my account to a collection agency. When I asked them "why".......once again, it was not their problem!!!!!
