OneGreatFamily Suckered in and blown off ripoff Internet

I am stationed in Afghanistan and use the internet a lot. I started browsing genealogy sites. I decided to try OneGreatFamily.com and I entered my credit card, believing that it was necessary for the free trial and that I could cancel. I used the service and was mildly impressed but when I had a technical problem and needed to remove some family information they were unable to help me.

Within a few days I saw that they had already billed my credit card. I checked their web site for a link to cancel my account and there was none. I called their 800 number (from Afghanistan!) and was greeted by a recorded voice telling me everyone was busy.

I left a message to cancel my account. I recieved an email stating the account was closed but they would not refund the fee. After several calls and conversations with the recorded voice that is their customer service I have decided to report their site for fraud at worst and lousy service at best to every site I can find.
