OneGreatFamily.com cannot cancel 7 day trial even though went through proper procedures very deceptive Internet

be warned fellow consumers when dealing with www.onegeatfamily.com when it comes to their 7 day free trial, their behavior amounts to the smell of fraudulent activity. On the 22nd August 2009 I signed up to a 7 day trial clicking on 7day free trial link, which on finding the site was of no value to me I proceeded to cancel within an hour of using it and this was their response by email to me dated the 25th August 2009 from support@onegreatfamily.com 

Thank you for your email. I am sorry if you have any confusion when you signed up, but our records show you signed up for an immediate subscription rather than a free 7 day trial. Because of this I am not able to refund the charge for $19.95 made to your account on the day you signed up. You will continue to have full access to OneGreatFamily through 11/22/09 at which time your account will downgrade to a free limited-use guest account. Once your account downgrades to a guest account, you will only be able to edit and maintain your own family tree, and you will no longer enjoy unlimited access to the entire OneGreatFamily database.
