Despite having an operational pool heater at time of inspection and purchase of my home 2 months later the heater went out due to a rusted burner. According to Oneguardhw it is not covered as they say it was not in good working order. My inspection report some rust but that the heater did preform and passed the inspectors tests. So now I am faced with this expense and very little faith in the home warranty I purchased. Very disappointed in the poor service and coverage.
