OneHourTranslation is a poor online translation service company given that: 1) They take all translation money up front and keep the credit card on file rather than bill incrementally 2) Provide non-timely translations (despite website claims that translations will be done in a timely manner) 3) when and if the translations are completed it is BAIT & SWITCH with translators who speak very little English and provide verbatim google machine translations with no quality control 4) Their customer service is non responsive. My company worked with this company several times, throughout the course of business, OneHourTranslations did everything from post other people's work on our bill and attempted to charge us for it to provided two incoherent translations. For both times the incoherent translations were provided, OneHourTranslation stated in writing that is was a mistake on their company's part that the translation had not been properly. However, they refused to credit our account or provide an acceptable translation. Meirav Gal, the senior account manager was called at Mob: +972-54-9222429 several times, and David Shaw, and Lance McBride (the director of Quality Control) in addition to customer service were emailed and have all been non-responsive. As such, our company ended up losing a lot of money because of this company and we lost a client as well.

We have notified the Better Business Bureau, filed a corporate card dispute, and notified other legitimate businesses to REFRAIN FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, given their business ethic consists of charging in full up front and not delivering any type of legitimate services.

On November 10th, 2011, One Hour translation refunded the money for the translation their translator had outsourced and done improperly.
