OneRom Group ripoff Deceptive Lifetime Guarantee Unfair Return Policy New York New York

On 11/19/2003, I purchased "Kimi" (height increase product) from OneRom Group, Inc. I used Kimi for 2.5 months, and found it to be ineffective.

The website offered a 600% lifetime money back guarantee. I emailed the company to confirm the return policy, and was assured that I could return Kimi for any reason. I returned Kimi on 2/1/2004, and asked for a full refund.

I received no response from the company, so I disputed the charge on my Discovercard. The company then informed Discovercard that a refund requires a written notice from my doctor. This notice was to include my height before and after I began using Kimi. Neither the company's website nor my email conversation with them included any of these information. It is unreasonable to expect a consumer would obtain a written documentation of their height from their doctor without being informed by the company of the need to do so in order to receive a refund. Therefore, the conditions of their 600% lifetime money back guarantee are unattainable. This means that the lifetime money back is a deception, and therefore constitutes false advertising.

Further, I emailed the company after I returned the product asking to state the return policy. They replied again that I could return the product any time for any reason. I wish to receive my money back as per the guarantee stated on the company's website.

I would strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase from OneRom Group, Inc. to reconsider. The Kimi product is painful to use and does not provide the stated result. Please do not visit this company's website or buy products from them.
