I was completely taken off guard when a received a stament from this company in the amount of $36.00 dollars which was billed or per minute. So a charge of $5.00 per minute for six minutes was billed. After called in the company's 800 number I was told that this was a pay-per-view web site. i personally have not visited pay-per-view website and six minutes does not seem like a lot of time to view anything.
It is distrubing and important to me to find out who could be using porn on my personal PC. The only other person with access to my PC is my eleven (11) yr. old son. Perhaps he could have come upon this website by mistake, however, adult confirmation should have come into play.
Please take care of this problem, as it is their problem that they are not stronger and stricter adult controls on their website. I should not be billed for pornography that I did not see nor have any desire to see.
