I have done two jobs for onforce now and waited a week to get paid. Once paid it said I have money with them but you have to request the money. When you request the money it wants your bank account information. It adds that if you put in the wrong information you will be charged $20.00. Then after you put in the information it says it will take 5 days to verify you. You are also required to accept if they put money into your account they can also take money out. After you accept all that and you are verified it takes an additional 4 days to get it deposited into your bank.
When I tried to contact them about this the only way I could reach anyone was to use their chat. Because I asked questions and told them that I did not agree with how they pay and because they did not inform me of all this when I signed up to do calls for them, my account was suspended for not knowing their policies. Having researched the company now, I have found that there are several complaints against them. I pull calls from several other sites and I will have no problem not pulling calls from onforce. I still have not been paid from them for any of the service calls.

No I fully followed all there procedures. I filled out all there forms and did everything I needed to do. I was approved to work. I even had someone call prior to releasing me to take calls for them. Once I did calls and they had my money, then they told me I had to jump through all kinds of other hoops to get my money. This is not industry standard. I should not have to agree to give them my banking information and agree that they can take money out of my bank account in order to get paid. All the other companies give you a choice as to how you want to get paid. Then when you contact them you cannot get a hold of anyone except through chat and they do not give you identifying information. Why on earth would I give my bank account information to a faceless entity that I cannot even call on the phone? I pull tickets from 5 other companies here in the US and 1 company in the UK and I have had no problem getting paid from any of them. not a single one has required me to give my bank account information to them. I have a high reputation on all those services and I just heard of this one so I thought I would give them a call. On each of the other boards, I am a preferred service provider for several of their clients. Call any of there numbers and see if you can get anyone without having a ticket number. On chat they are faceless and nameless and rude. If you know my full name why not share yours. What are you hiding and if you are hiding, why would I give you my bank account info and agree to let you take money out. With that agreement, I cannot even complain to my bank. I am not just a computer tech, I am a programmer, security consultant and over all IT expert. I carry over 15 years of certifications and have the verifiable experience to go along with all of it. An idiot I am not. They need to show their face, stop hiding and provide some sense of security for there technicians. They will tell you that they only use the top technicians. I did not have to provide a single document to show that I am a qualified technician. Dont be fooled by onforce, just google them and see.
