Onlinecarstereo.com Scammers! Over a month and a half and no product! Vernon California

Rip off! Ordered speakers on March 8th abd two weeks later I received 8" speakers when my order was for 6.5". Customer service admitted their "other" warehouse shipped the wrong product and will reach out to me for an exchange. It's 4/21/14 over a month and a half later and still no word from this other warehouse. I called the company multiple times and their customer service departnent keot saying they have to reach out to the warehouse manager and get back to me. after multiple calls throughout the month and a half the story became old. I sent the customer service department and the shipping department multiple emails with no response other than "we are working on it." Now they stop responding to my emails and their "other" warehouse who I believe is the manufacturer that dropped shipped my item is nowhere to be found.  Still onlinecarstereo failed to gice their customer a refund and will only do so when the get their product back, but unfortunately they can't seem to figure out how to get the other warehouse to send a shipping label. They also refuse to ship a new product until they get this one back but don'to want to put in the effort to send a shopping label. Now I'm stuck with a credit card bill and speakers I can't use. 

Now I remember why I used crutchfield.
