I purchased a MS Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade package.  About 3 months later, I got a message from my Operating System saying that my software was not Genuine and "The product key used to activate Windows on your PC is already in use on another PC or has been blocked by Microsoft."

I wrote a letter to the company, who sent me another Product Key with a note saying "If the error appears again, please call the manufacturer."  So they basically decided that it wasn't their problem.  The new product key went in ok and activated, but now 3 months later again, I'm getting the same errors that it is not genuine.

This company is clearly selling product keys that they do not have the right to sell.  Do not get ripped off like I did. I'm going to buy my next Product Key from Microsoft.  These scammers end up costing you more in the long run because you pay for their "deal" and have to go back to MS in the end anyway.
