I too, like some of the other consumers who have reported on this forum was duped by this sham of an internet site.

On Dec 4th, I purchased an HP Envy 8GB ram/750 GB hard drive 15.6 laptop from onlinemarket360.com for $383.20 after discounts, checked out as guest, and paid for the order via my paypal account. The transaction was completed and the name of the person shown onmy receipt was Qazi Ahmed. When I returned to check and review the status of the order online through the merchants website, I was unable to find any verification of my purchase. I attempted to call the customer service # listed on the website (814-290-6414), but received a recording that the person was unavailable. When I returned to the site just days following to obtain the # and try once again to make contact,  I discovered this # had ultimately been removed from the merchants site.

On December 7th since I was unable to speak with a live customer service rep, I attempted to reach the seller via the email address listed on my paypal receipt (kakashf77@gmail.com) to report the above circumstances and to advise on how to proceed. I received no response. I sent an additional email on December 13th, after still having not received the merchandise nor hearing back from the seller. Again, the seller was unresponsive to my email.

Upon recent receipt of my cc statement, it showed that the transaction of the order had been processed on Dec 6th., and listed a corresponding telephone # . I called the # and received a message stating that the Verizon customer is unavailable at this time. When I investigated this # on the internet, it was located out of  Nebraska with  numerous complaints lodged against them for unauthorized transactions using bank and credit cards associated with paypal accounts, one person reporting a charge listed as American Inns in CA. I had to contact my cc and to alert and apprise them of the situation as well as open up a paypal dispute. The very next day I received a notice from paypal that the seller refunded the money and closed the case - never stating why the order was ultimately cancelled.

Bottom line: DO NOT BUY ANY MERCHANDISE FROM ONLINEMARKET360.com. This is a fradulent, bogus website that will try to entice you with low prices and discounts, take your info and money, and never deliver on the goods. They WILL NOT respond to emails and have no customer service with whom to speak. It is not until action is taken via paypal or your cc company that they will then issue you a credit, without ever specifying the reason why they could not deliver the goods. Also, while the website is allegedly US based, their real location is hidden with 98% of their visitors originating from Pakistan, and they have only been a company since May 2012.
