These people kept calling me about my computer. About the fourth time, I took their call and got on my computer.

Once they were on my computer, they would not get off until I paid them for a package protection. I find now that

they did not provide what they said they would. It made me angry that they threatened to shut down the computer

unless I bought the package. It sounded fake to me, but what could I do?

They presented themselves as part of Microsoft. I want my money back!
