    United States of America passing of wife now won't honor the check like they said they would they took her money but now won't give what she won Internet

First of all my wife won two thousand twenty three dollar's & eighty cent's $2023.80.  Onlinevegas said they they would sent the check.  My wife passed away on 02/04/2012.  I received said check on 02/14/2012.  Called onlinevegas first the V.i.p. super told me to tear up the check and onlinevegas would issue out another check in my name.  Now it is a month and two week's and it is 03/28/2012.  I talked with the supervisor named Juan for the fifth time this morning.  And I asked him to fax me the disclaimer about where the money goe's to when a person passe's away while the check is in route.  His reply was there is no disclaimer.  I faxed them a copy of the death certificate and also our marriage license.  He reply this morning we don't have to send you anything.  My bank has been working with me to make everything right.  But they say it might not go in my favor.  It is not the money it is the principal.  They took my wife's money now they don't want to give me the money that she won.  Being her husband the bank told me that they are suposed to sent a check in my name.  But again they said that they don't have to!  I then called them again but first Ms Goda told me that Juan was not there.  I then hung up and called back and talked to a Mr Arlington who then told me that Juan was but was giving a class.

Arlington told me that the onlinevegas did not have to honor what they said that they would do.  And that being her husband that he did not have to talk to me.  I took the check to my bank to have it scanned.  I returned home and called onlinevegas again but this time Arlington was not there and there was no one to help me with this problem.  I will not stop because this has alway's and will be a matter of principal and not money.  I took the check to the bank because they said that they are willing to try to help me out which to me is a blessing.  I do urge everyone out there to stay away from Onlinevegas.  I then did what my bank supervisor told me to do.  What was to ask onlinevegas that if I opened up my own account could and would they tranfer the $2023.80 to my account.  They replied no we won't do that so I tried to open up an account.  But I couldn't they are not taking account's from the U.S,A. anymore.  And to all of the people out there please don't tear up anything that bussiness's ask you to bacause if I had torn up the check I would be out of gas.
