Onlingo Ordered Italian - got Spanish. UNABLE TO CANCEL on-line OR by phone. ripoff Internet

After respnding to a pop-up cookie for a free offer, the order that I submitted specifically for Italian never
arrived. Instead I received Spanish.
I have found it impossible to correct or to cancel. I will gladly return the mistake orders for a complete refund.
