Onrebate Rebate issue for harddrive Miami Florida

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Filled out rebate form for onrebate.com, never received confirmation number. Followed procedure to contact helpdesk via email and phone to no avail.

Sent at least 4 or 5 emails and never received a response. Called the 888 number quite a few times, no one answers and get hung up on after 30 minutes of hold.

Finally get someone after about 1 month, send in form to have it denied by them saying it was out of the time frame when I was waiting on them to send the confirmation email.

Usually if a customer does not receive his tracking number via email is because the receiver has onrebate.com blacklisted.
