Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Onrebate seems to respond to noemail address but no other. I had to call Tigerdirect in order to configm or get the tracking number. I have yet to receive a rebate from them. They also have a problem with multiple claims asking the user to login but no such feature on their web site.
