I purchased 3 items ( 2 for CA software) with rebates totaling 135.00 on November 1st from Globalcomputer.com which is related to Tiger . I selected the expedited service which should have been 121.50.I filled out and mailed all of the rebate forms as required. I received a check for 1 item for 44.50. When I checked status on the website, everything was checked except check mailed. I called several times(a few times there was an advertisement and immediate hang up), and sent several emails with no response.I emailed Global and they responded
"Dear Valued Customer:
unfortunately if they have already approved you you will need to contact them to address this matter for you"
I finally reached someone on December 8th. He told me there have been some problems, especially rebates for CA software and my rebates would be mailed that day.
Still no rebates and the status on the site has not changed. No email response. Been on hold 3 times aver an hour.
