Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

tigerdirect.com boasts low prices after rebates that take months to receive, if they are ever received.

As of this writing, I am still awaiting a $30 rebate that was promised in 8-10 weeks from the date of acceptance. Well, that was, by their own acknowledgment, counting from 7/27/2006. Still no rebate after several calls and attempts to email the company.

Their phone system is designed to dissuade any personal contact. The options on their system make no provision for speaking with a person, but you can press zero at the right time to be placed on hold for an attendant, a process that in my experience takes an average of 45 minutes.

I only wish that I had found this site before ordering from tigerdirect and onrebate.

Finally after many emails and phone calls, plus 30 weeks, they have made payment. This concludes my very last transaction with these people and I hope that others see this and take warning: don't do business with them!
