Onrebate.com rebate ripoff try everthing to avoid paying the rebate Boca Raton Florida

I bought a Ultra ATX computer Case from fry's local store, they said it come with $40 mail in rebate, I send in all the doucument as required (fulled filled and signed rebate form,copy of the original receipt and original UPC bard code cutted from case box, 2 month later, I got a email said the rebate was invalid, I checked the status online, it says no signature. so I printed the form online and signed again, send to resubmission center as required, another 2 months later, a email comes in said no receipt, I print the status again fax the receipt and the status report to them. this time it is much faster, half month later, I got a email again, it said: the rebate was denied because it is outside of time frame.

every time, I call in with phone, I have to wait 1 to 2 hours to get a human being to talk with. and what they can say is : "I can't anything about it".
