U.S.A. online registration was a NO GO! Tiger Direct Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I bought a rebate item at Tiger Direct. When I attempted to claim the rebate with as directed, there was a problem trying to enter the required data.

On 11/30/06 the rebate ?register to receive payment' online questionnaire, step 2, would only let me type in the first 3 numerals of my phone number, then no more. I tried several more times, but didn't see any way around this problem. Since time is of the essence with their rebates and since the whole/complete phone number is required info, I looked for a way to contact them, with negative results.

Overall impression of user-non-friendly, tedious, problematic and disappointing. Online reviews say: Beware of their ?tricky rebate process', lest you be di$mi$$ed along the way by
