    U.S.A. Kept promising rapid rebate but wouldn't follow through I purchased a computer from Tiger Direct Miami Florida

I purchased a computer from Tiger Direct at the first of November, 2006. I filed for my rebates and they were approved November 28, 2006. They were supposed to be deposited into my paypal account December 4th. One of them made it. The other 4 did not. I talked to Onrebate customer service 6 times and a supervisor 3 times. Everytime it was the same story. We are SO sorry. It will go in today. I will call you back. I never got a call. Never got any money. UNTIL I found this website and called up the VP of Tigerdirect. He got a hold of someone at on-rebate and I had my money within 10 minutes. Anyone that has an issue with onrebate, I would suggest doing this. I will not purchase from tiger direct again though, because of this experience. Saving a few bucks isn't worth the 3 hours I spent on the phone trying to get the money they promised me.
