I paid this company US$2475.00 (CAD$2630.68) on June 20 2013. They were excellent until they got my money. They were to pick my car up at my place in Yorkton, SK but said because it is a residential area, I might have to meet them up at the highway. I elected to even drive the vehicle to Regina to their agent and dropped the car off on June 24 2013. From that time forward it was hell in a nut shell. The shipment was paid for to be delivered to my place in St. John's although they said that their agent is on Blackmarsh Rd. I later found out that Onsite does not have a truck and they rely on other transporters to move their vehicles for them. After two weeks I visited the supposed depot on Blackmarsh road to let him know I was expecting a car and wont mind getting a call when the car arrives so I could pick it up and spare them the pain of home delivery. My wait will last nothing less than 240 days.

I began calling all the numbers that I had for Onsite Shipping and they are unanswered 98% of the time and I left numerous voice messages. The only 2% when the phones are answered is when I use another phone number to call or "pretend" to be a new customer. Each time the phone is answered , all I get is the same story and empty promise of "I will get to the bottom of this and call you back in 30 minutes (or whatever the person quoted) and all the time I never received a call back. Sometime, I am told that they are busy and that is why they were not answering their phone calls.  I sent countless email and copy Marie, Ryan, Mike etc and rarely get a response and when I get one it is that they will get back to me.

I got worried, when another transport called me and said that he has my car in Toronto and that I need to make a payment so he can move the car to NL. I called Onsite Shipping immediately and luckily the phone was answered (of course I used the trick of calling from another phone). I was told to disregard the man and that they will take care of that.  This saga continued for long and I continued the email and yet no sign of my car. I made it a point of duty to drive to the location on Blackmarsh weekly to see if my car was delivered. I notified Onsite Shipping of my home address and new phone number.

At one time in September, I got excuses that Marie was sick and Ryan 's wife was sick and that things have been busy and I even went ahead and prayed for the sick people and sent encouraging emails to them.

I cannot count the many inconveniences and hardship that I went through. I had a car hire for over a mount at a cost of over $1800.00; cab services at a cost of over $500.00;  public transport costing over $100.00. I had  to buy a used car in September at a cost of $2400.00 after it was clear that it will take a real miracle to get my car delivered. I cannot even recount under hardship and inconveniences that cannot be put into monetary terms. It is so ironic that Ryan kept on saying that they move thousands of vehicle every months so it is hard to tell where a particular vehicle is but I bet he knows where the money they collect from innocent victims is.

I continued  my communication with email and voice mails to Onsite Shipping regularly and consistently several times in a month and into the new year of 2014. I again followed up an email to Ryan on Feb 19 2014 and his reply was that he thought that I had received my car in November or December 2013. He then sent an email the transporter who replied that my car was delivered to a towing company company in Paradise, NL and not to Blackmarsh road as previous indicated.

After picking on the car on February 19 2014, I emailed Onsite Shipping and I have not even had a response back from them either offering an apology or compensation for the delay. One my question to them was if they were told that the transporter had delivered my car , does it not make sense for them to call me to inform or confirm the delivery of the car? Does the C$2630.68 I paid for not includes the need for a courtesy call? However, I was not expecting a call from them as I was fed up with their lies and bad service.

PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF ANYTHING GOOD, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE OF ONSITE SHIPPING FOR ANYTHING. YOU ARE BETTER OFF DROPPING YOUR CAR INTO  THE OCEAN OR BURNING IT THAN GOING THROUGH ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE YOU WILL EVER GET. I WONDER HOW THEY STILL MANAGE TO STAY IN BUSINESS. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE, RESEARCH AND DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE MAKING USE OF CRAPPY SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE ONSITE SHIPPING.

I PRAYED FOR THEM AND HANDED OVER TO THE JUDGEMENT OF GOD.
