OnStar Did not notify / alert after collision Nationwide
My Daughter was hit in a head on collision on Oct. 11, 2014. Not only was there no alert, even though we have the 'safe and sound' package, there is no report on it. I cancelled my subscription and they refunded me one month of fees. My Daughter died two days later on Oct. 13. I asked Onstar why they did not know or alert me or emergency / police and the operator just put me on hold and then said she did not know.
Has anyone else had such an experience? My Daughter is gone, so it really doesn't matter now, but I hope that if any parents purchase this with 'peace of mind', they will want to think twice. I paid for this service for four years.
