Onstar Faulty,Unreliable, and Incompetent workers and supervisors Detroit Nationwide

I used to work for "onstar", well, I actually worked for "Sitel, Corp" which had the ONstar contract. I worked in a huge call center of about 1600 people here in Charlotte, NC.

I can udnerstand your frustration, because the company likes to blame everyone but themselves.

I was fired from Onstar, because, get this.....

I was Robbed in the bathroom by another employee...the guy grabbed my by the throat, pushed me up against the wall and asked for my money...I being the 120LB person that I am, gave him my money, and immeditaly reported it to security, they called the Police, and both of us were put on susspension till further notice, well I was back at work within 2 days, the other guy was back in about 1 week, and as soon as the person that robbed me was back at work, they fired me....

SCREW ONSTAR!!! I used to save people's lives by being on the emergency team....I saved a child who was locked in the car, and the Onstar unit "wasn't activated". I found a hole in thier software and was able to unlock the car in a matter of minutes, when everyone else said they were unable to.

I saved lives for them, and made them look good, and they FIRE ME?!?!?!

Ok, enough with my rant, and even though this happened about 2-3 years ago, I am still pissed...not that I lost my job, but that they don't give a s**t...
