I am sending this e-mail in response to an issue that has come up after ordering a watch from ontimesfakes.com.

I did not receive the watch I was told I would receive from this company. It is all the more distressing because I actually talked with a representative who assured me that I was ordering the watch that was
pictured. He discussed the fact that both the bracelet and the bezel had baguettes I found out later that the picture was from swissluxury.com which is an actual Rolex web site.

I have sent two e-mails and have left three voice mail messages for someone to respond to my concern about this watch. As of today I have received no correspondence from this company. I feel that this company is mispresenting their product. Instead of receiving a watch with baguettes on the bracelet as well as on the bezel of the watch, I received a watch with a plain white gold band and a bezel with round diamonds.

I am therefore making a formal complaint against this company and would like you to log this complaint so others do not fall into this same trap of ordering from this company and getting a totally different product.
