Emachine Settlement Claim Providence RI 02940-3143 Providence RI

 Emachine sent me a returned goods and credit certificate based on a class action court case filed against Emachine. Since I was  one of the receiptiants of this court case Emachine sent me a certificate for a $365 credit towards a refurbished computer of my choice from their websit. The selection was based on supply and demand. You had four choices. A laptop, Desktop, Tablet or Computer monitor. I looked through the choice of computers and made a selection of an Acer 23" Intel i3-3120M 2.5GHz All-in-One PC ? A5600U-UB12. The computer listed for $479.99. With my $365 I ordered the computer. My cost was only $114.90. I ordered the computer on August 2, 2013. Weeks went by and I never got my order so I emailed them on Sept 10, 2013. On Sept 12, I got back a response stating that my order had been cancelled that the payment wasn't verified.  This angered me because I have the comformation sheet from emachine which confirmed my order. Confirmation number106-0965045-0471455.

What was even stranger is the fact that they never once notified me of any problem or cancellation with my order until I notified them a month later.  They claimed that they didn't make a charge to my credit card company. I am currently checking on this. This entire experience seems very suspicious. I am holding Emachine to my order.
