Ooma Very difficult to cancel service California? Internet

My complaint is how difficult it was to cancel service.  I went to website, followed directions, sent in my information and request to cancel, and months later I'm still being charged.  Finally, and online "chat" representative told me that I am REQUIRED to call in cancel service.  Multiple calls (to India?) with LONG hold times until I finally was connected to their "cancellation department" who could tell I was upset and after another 4 minute "hold" cancelled the account.  What nightmare!  Stay away!
