Watch out for Daniel Kerr at opencart.com hes rude and is a thief

If you have a account with them beware

If you ever open a paypal claim against them they will take everything you ever bought and wont give it back even if paypal doesent favor in your side

I bought over $600 of stuff from opencart.com and opened a dispute for a open cart extension that didint work

Once i opened a paypay dispute on opencart.com they banned my account and took everything i had ever bought

This is totally unbelivebale, That opencart.com can get away with stealing from people

This guy Daniel Kerr is a total jerk thats running opencart.com

Why would they not take away the product in dispute but no they take away everything from you

I wouldnt buy anything at opencart.com they are scammers take your money and take your opencart.com products away

Beware dont open a paypal claim or opencart.com will steal all your stuff and youll be out all your money

this was only after you opened your 2nd account after your first one was banned and you started another dispute.

very simple way of solving this. don't buy from us. if you feel ripped off you should pay some one to write a shopping cart from scratch. should take about 2 years and cost you hundreds of thousands of USD.

I don't know any store that would continue to sell to some one who starts dispute for all there past purchases.

Here is the true email below

I also never opened 6 PayPal claims also this guy took other accounts I use for other people's sites ( paid items ) he thinks he can do what ever he wants I also didnt try to buy 4 more items only 1

He took away all my products one I opened the Paypal claim and didnt even try to deal with it just escalate to paypay

I Paid All this money to opencart.com for all the products Daniel Kerr took away

No Refunds of any kind and all purchases taken away

here is the email that he lied about where it came from not where he says

give Me my stuff back I bought you thief

if I don't have it today

ill deal with you in a unpleasant manner

I receive this email from dlawson@losspreventionservices.ca

I have not stolen anything from this guy. He bought a 200 USD extension from my site and stated a dispute in paypal. I escalated the dispute and payal decided in my favor as the goods he bought have been sold 1000's of times without any complaints. The developer also offers excellent support.

so then he starts a dispute on on the last 6 purchases claiming they don't work so I blocked his account .

Paypal decided in my favor again. he has since tried to purchase from me 4 more times. 1 time yesterday 28/11/2012. he has not received the download from yesterday and i have refunded his purchase. today i received the above message.

Buyer has had access to all his download purchases for over a month before being blocked. In this time he has had plenty of time to download and use on a web site. 

I don't know when this guy will get the message to stop trying to buy from me. he has options to use different software.

This guy seems to have his fingers in a lots of different web sites.
