On 4-26-10 I found myself locked out of my vehicle and searched on my Iphone for a lock out service in my area, so that I would not have to wait too long because it was hot outside. The service I picked showed on my I phone that came up Hickory Ridge Dr. Shenandoah Texas. I thought this was a local business and I called. I told them where I was and asked them how much and how long would it be and really could not get straight answers. Ill be there they said and hung up ! My phone was going out and I had a miagraine headache.
The driver could not find me and kept calling me and asking for my address, and I thought I was calling someone in a local area, come to find out he was comming from South Houston area??? After telling this person about twenty times where I was he finally found me and I asked again how much and he said dont worry, opened my car and charged me $160. He gave me a unprofessional receipt without a company name on the front, filled out my name and misspelled it, and hurried off.
I called the phone number I originally called before and spoke to owner, he was very rough talking, I was asking him questions as What is the name of your business, he told me Express Locksmith, Another person when I called later said it was Open locksmith. I was told that the reason why I was charged that amount is because they used a special tool, not a slim jim......? figure that one out
