Signed up for their 7-day trial. within minutes decided that it was not what I was looking for so sent an email to cancel. They replied with a long email the next day asking why I was cancelling and to confirm cancellation. I confirmed, however my email didn't apparently go through.
They proceeded to charge my card and REFUSE to refund, stating their slimy "terms-of-use" which I did follow, save for the server glitch that prevented my confirmation email from going through. I've not loaded ANYTHING into the OpenDrive and was clear in my intent to cancel.
I'm a university student, $30 rip-off is pretty damaging to me. Hopefully Visa investigates this and provides me with my refund. I've opened a dispute for the transaction. OpenDrive was nothing but RUDE and EVASIVE.
If they continue to charge me, I'll gladly file a police report and a punitive suit for damages. Wasting my time and stealing my money!
