Hello,
We receive the order from the customer last September 19, 2017 for 1# Green Bean Buddy™ Bug Killer 3oz thru our website checkout.
It has been shipped via UPS tracking # 1ZA21W280361189169 and has been delivered last 09/25/2017.
The product size is clearly posted including the price of the product here: https://www.greenbeanbuddy.com/c/pest-control/sprays/. The 3oz is a Travel bottle we offer for $14.99. We dont have a 14 oz bottle at all.
The customer can also return the product within 30days for a refund per our Return Policy howevr we have not receive any communication from him per our record.
