 On Sept 11 I fell for the internet add of two suppliments taken together will produce amazing weight loss results. As shown on the web site you pay the shipping and handling for a 14 day trial (or after you will be enrolled in the auto ship for 89.99 a month). After checking the web site and being reeled in I actually changed my mind and tried to leave the web site, BUT as I was leaving the site a pop up appears and they tell you the will cut the shipping and handling in halp and you can try the product for 1.99! So I figured it's a couple of bucks what do I have to lose? I filled out the form and was sent to the other supplement web site (Niwali Test-O Boost) and low and behold if you leave that web site you get your S/H cut in half. So I filled that out. Now my total investment is now 4.00! With in 3 days I recieved my supplements and now I am ready for my miracle transformation! After 3 days I felt nothing and actually sick to my stomach so I decide to return both. I call the customer service number and the recording says in order to return press 1 and you will only be charged 34.99 (actual price is 89.99) and you get to keep the order and your auto ship will be canceled OR you can wait on the line for a rep and select other return options. I choose to wait, 25 minutes later a rep came to explain my return options, again she mention the half price deal which i refused, but she did tell me if I sent the unused portion of the product back I will not be charged at all and not other shipments will follow. I choose this. She then took my info found my account and proceeded to give my an RMA number to put on the returned package, the address and zip. I was then informed that I now have 30 days to return the package at no charge. Now is where this gets good. I return the package as instructed on Sept 16. On Sept 18 my bank account was charged 89.99! I call the customer service number and the rep informed me that the orginal rep forgot to enter some info to cancel my account and I was charged for my new shipment? Which if I was enrolled in auto ship should not be untill Oct 11th right? But the charged me now? Anyhow she kept me on the phone telling me she has to talk to a supervisor to correct the problem and took my phone number and someone will contact me withing 24hours. Not falling for that I called back in 2 hours and magically the rep said my refund was approved and should be in my account within 3-5 business days. So all of last week (Sept 23-27) I checked for my refund and nothing was there. I called back today (Oct 2) to ask WTF and the rep tells me they have been trying to refund my money the the transaction was rejected by the bank, So he tells me he will try and again magically it goes thru and I should see my money returned within the next 3-5 days. If not he tells me the will have to send me a paper check. Side note the other supplement company (Niwali) has done the same thing. I retuned their product and was charged full price the next. This is the biggest rip off scam I have ever seen, unless you persue your refund you will get screwed. They fustrate you so much the want you to give up. DO NOT keep calling these people till you get your money. Actaally don't put your self in this situation in the first place!!! Stay away from Optimal Stack and Niwali Test-O Boost!! Crooks with a capital C!!
