I ordered Optimal Stack about a week ago and tried to cancel the auto ship membership since I did not want to continue receiving the Optimal Stack. I have called the number for their customer service several times over the past two days only for the line to ring busy. Upon looking at the other complaints, I am sure that they have no urgency to allow people to cancel the auto ship.
