Optimum Voice Mail ripoff, fraudulant phone service charges Boston Massachusetts

My sister was online and signed up for free coupons.
When I received MY phone bill, charges for a voice mail service were on it.

I called them to report this and ask why I was being charged for this service which I did not sign up for or use. They informed me that my sister had signed up for free coupons and that the initial fee could not be removed, but they would remove all monthly charges following.

Well, they did not remove the charges and I feel that they had no business adding anything to a bill that was in someone elses name. I did not sign up for this and I should not be charged.

If they can do this to me on my phone bill, then it is no wonder that there is so much identy theft. All you have to do is go online and sign someone elses number and BOOM, you are off scott free while they indure the charges.
