Option One Mortgage Corporation Took our home Ruined our credit Rude and Obnoxious Irvine California

Really don't know where to begin. It started when we were late on one payment. They refused to take a check after that even though we had never written a bad check to them. Then they would hold payments until I would send another payment, which would make the first late, and then they would add late fee's. Harassing phone calls all the time. I was called on my birthday and told "Why don't I just do everyone a favor and sale the house because obviously I couldn't afford it."

Anyways long story short, Option One foreclosed on our house, which we found out about because my aunt was reading the paper, and saw our house was to be sold at public auction. Needless to say, we contacted them, and they were zero help. Our payments were 428 per month, and since they had started refusing to accept our payments, we were now three behind. They actually sent me a check back for the two, after the third was due, which made me three behind. They now wanted 5000 dollars now to stop foreclosure. Didn't have that!! Did some research and paid a company 400 dollars to try and stop the foreclosure. Didn't help!

They also reported to all three credit agencies different things. Reported to one that we were 60 days late for certain months, but at same time reported to another for the same months, that the house was foreclosed.

My point is, I have been doing some research, and I think that with all the complaints on this company there has to be something we all can do. They have ruined my credit, and took my house! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
