Option One Mortgage My family and I have lost our home due to their unethical business practices Irvine California

Our family was living in a house located in Lambertville, MI. Option one started forclosure procedures on our home without even notifying me that the payment was late. When I contacted the company they were willing to reinstate my policy and remove the forclosure if I was willing to pay $1500.00 a month. Which is more than $500.00 more a month than my actual mortgage payment. I sent $1250.00 on the 20th of the month via Western Union. I then Western Unioned another$300.00. They held my payment for a month and never told me that things were not OK. when I sent the payment and didn't hear back from them, I assumed evertything was alright until I tried send another payment and they refused it and stated my house was no longer ours and there was nothing we could do. At this point, I did recieve the $1550.00 back, a month after the fact.

I could understand if I was not attempting to take care of this situation, but I really had no knowledge that there was a problem. I feel that Option One was unreasonable in their demands. Now because of this my family has been displaced.
