Option One Mortgage charging late fees when always pd, having me having two seperate loans listed with credit beauras, when i only had one property finaced with them, sowing me late all the time, harrassing me on the phone, home, work and cell phone all hours of day and night for years! having my loan with them since 2000 and continually being harrarassed and theating to forclose! want all the late fees removed, Irvine California

I want justice done. i have had my loan as a single woman with option one since 2000 my interest rate is almost 12%. I have been harrassed since the beginning. if my payment was not there one the 1st day of the month they would start calling! Even if i pd late I always pd late fees but they claim not! They have contuned to add on late fees ans insurance and tax, when I have always paid that seperate. I have had to send proof often to the fact of insurance pd and taxes.
I have been harrased day and night at home, work and on my cell phone by them threating to forclose on me!
Last year they also had me listed on my credit report as having 2 loans, payment amts different on the one and only property that i have mortgaged with them! i had to fight to get it removed and it has hurt my credit score!
I have just sold my house today for barley payoff and I want all the late fees removed when I pay them off! I hated to have to sell it for so little but I am glad to never have to hear from Option one again!
In 2000 I borrowed $62,000 on my house and 7 years later it is a shame that I pd $644 a month and still have only according to them $2000 toward the principal. And I had to deal with all the stress and harrassement from them!
I was out of work in 2002 and asked could I pay just the interest one month and the guy was so rude (as any of them always were) and told me why did i not go to work at Mcdonalds ( which no problem with that, except i was so depressed from my job being shut down with no warning)

I just found out today after a week and half ago signing a contract with the couplke and loan officer, and faxing every thing that option one Mortgage said I needed to send them, that option One mortgage told the Loan Officer that i had been served and moved out of the house and they would not let the couple buy it? THEY HAVE MONEY IN HAND FOR OPTION ONE $6000 MORE THAN I BORROWED!
I called option one 2 times today after I was told this and they hung up on me twice? i have been on hold so many times for them in the past & years?
I am ready to fight them they are nothing but LENDING PREDITORS!
I have been so upset
Please do not use Lending Tree for a loan they own about 5 companies connected with Option One!
Keep an eye on the news I am going after them!!

I recieved a letter yesterday from Option One Mortgage telling me that I was sent to Foreclosure!
I had requested a payoff from them almost a week ago. at that time it was showing my payoff and loan activity.
Now that have tacked on more ridiculous charges and late fees and are showing no payment since April 2007.
I am in between jobs at this time so, I was short $377 last month I sent them partial payment, and correspondance as to I would be remitting more money as I got pd.
They sent me a letter stating that they had recieved my correspondance and would be contacting me on what to do!
THEY DID. THEY SENT ME TO FORECLOSURE AND BANKRUPTCY!
I JUST SENT THEM ANOTHER $677 LAST WEEK. ALL THE MONEY BUT $58 I HAVE TO MY NAME!
I would love to see this company go under, I am in need of help with this!
If anyone buys a house, they are owned by H&R Block. avoid them at all cost. you will probably never enjoy your home!
