Option One Mortgage ripoff Option One ovwerpaid my property taxes by 13,000.00 and now I suffer Irvine California

Option One overpaid my taxes in 2003 by 13,00000 and adjusted my mortgage payment from 1,241.42 to 2,745.10 to make up for the shortage and to escrow for 2004. I contacted Option One to explain to them there error. I hand to send proof of my taxs which is 4,100.00 to them, which I did in Jan. 2004. My county tax dept. also notified them of their over payment and Option one was sent 9,000.00 back to them but my payments still were not adjusted and they said I am responsible for the new payments until they fix this problem.

Of course, I did not have 2,745.00 to pay them until they fix their mistake and I asked if I could send my regular payment util they fix their mistake. Finally after calling and calling them they agreed to accept my reg. payment of 1,241.42. Now, my January payment is past due and My feb. and march payments were past due even though I sent my payments in because Option one is applying these payments to the escrow that they didnt fix yet. Now it looks as though I am 3 mths past due.

Customer Service is no help at all and I got the run around for months
