OPTION ONE Also Know AS American Home Mortgage Servicing UNAMERICAN-- RUDE-NASTY--Unwilling to Work with Goverment Programs Irving Texas

We entered into the Subprime market because we trusted mortgage brokers and basically got screwed. We then wound up with Option One who changed to American Home Mortgage Servicing. We have had extra fees added, payment not posted, Hazard insurance added and then corrected but to the tune of $8000.00 + We had our vehicle seized because we were told property taxes were paid and found out they weren't. Had to pay 10,000 to get our only vehicle back. They will not due a modification on our loan because they said they have done it before.

My husband is in the automotive industy and times are tough we are just trying to save our home we started working with lend America got approved for a FHA Hope 4 Homeowners loan. But AHMS will not talk to them they just say NO we don't do it. The only people that they can talk to are in India-- they told us the property was better for them to have than the loan since they are in bankruptcy. they will get a better BAILOUT from the goverment.

We need people to call their Representaives from congress and the senate and even down to local if you have a mortgage your could be next. they tried to forclose on us today but we found a lawyer that found that they had not followed the law. They can start over on the 22nd of Janurary and I will lose my home unless something changes.

Here in the Washington metro area " Change is in the air. The only way change is going to happen is if we start. Call everybody News papers and tell them this company is doing all these horrible things and that they are not even using american people their main call center is in INDIA!!!! PLease HELP!
