I called and made an appointment with Options after being approached by a so called talent scout. Then they showed a video presentation of how Options helps you to be spotted by a credited agencies, ie: Ford Model agency, Calvin Klein, MTV, Nike, popular department stores. Then pumped you up with promises of success and compliments, before you know it your signing papers and writing a check.
There have been no calls from talent agencies, just broken promises, bad dreams, and an empty bank account. How can I stop sending checks without them suing me for breach of contract? Can I get anything back? This is such

They are not allowed to post here, for legal reasons. I suggest you contact them. They seem legit. Remember, this is not limited to just talent. Former scouts too. I'm no lawyer, but I believe that any former or current employee falls under "whistle blower" protection. They are basically a fraudulant company, so as long as you are telling the truth about what you know, you shouldn't get into trouble (industry secrets my a*s; cover-up of fraudulant behavior more like it). Their tactics of misrepresentation warrant action, if nothing else, to protect the general public from these vampires.
