I purchased their Iron Shield Protection for 90 days on 7/22/11 - just to check out what was on my web presence as I am looking for a job. Auto renewal was not noted on my receipt or deliverable received by them. When I called requesting my $24.95 taken on 10/23/11 be refunded, I was told that I could not get a refund (as I was auto renewal and didn't cancel on time - I was told all this is listed on website - I couldn't find it!) Asked for manager, and got dropped into some voicemail. Reported to BBB too!

If it's there it must just be after the sign up page.
BTW, it is NOT a bait and switch.
A bait and switch is a business offering the "bait", a product at a low price and when you go to buy it, it's not available and they try to "switch" you to a higher priced product.
